Nachdem ich über den Service den freundlichen Tipp bekommen habe, bei meinem sich nicht mehr drehenden Aeratron das Steuergerät zu wechseln dreht er sich nun wieder. Die Operation in 4 Meter Höhe war nicht einfach, hat sich aber gelohnt . . .
The silver FR3 is well saturated grey actually
This is our second AE+3 (first one is in the lounge) and was ordered for the master bedroom. Easy to install, super quiet in operation (even at top speed) and, most importantly, manages to move a huge volume of air. Highly recommend.
Had a broken receiver. The light didn't work. Fast delivery and correct parts! What else can you ask for..

Wir besitzen 2 AE+3 Tri-Blade Ventilatoren, beide älter als 4 Jahre. Habe deshalb wieder mit Hr. Mücke Kontakt aufgenommen. auch diesmal hatte er sofort einen Rat und gemeint das seien die Receiver. Da die beiden Ventilatoren etwa 2 Jahre auseinander bestellt wurden, sind auch die Receiver unterschiedlich. Nach einigen Mails fanden wir dann heraus welche Receiver ich benötige. Der Kontakt mit Hr. Mücke war auch diesmal sehr nett und zielgerichtet. Unsere Probleme sind gelöst und wir sind sehr zufrieden, wie Hr. Mücke hilft. Bei weiteren problemen, nehmen wir gerne wieder Kontakt mit Hr. Mücke auf.
Wirklich toller und effektiver Ventilator. Der Preis ist gerechtfertigt, da Qualität und Design überzeugen. Habe und Wifi-Kit direkt mitbestellt und neben der perfekten und schnellen Lieferung, war der Aufbau und Installation sehr einfach. Die Einbindung mir Alexa klappt auch wunderbar, das einzige ist das Alexa keinen Sprachbefehl für die Geschwindigkeit annimmt, was ich als einziges Manko sehe. Licht an und aus per Sprache und Alexa kein Problem, aber leider nicht der Ventilator. Bitte das noch nachbessern. In der Alexa-app ist dies alles steuerbar, aber halt nicht per Sprache. Würde das Produkt aber wieder kaufen.
